Full of fruit and berry aromas - blackberry, cherry, wild berry and plum. Its 
pomegranate color, with hints of purple, delivers a truly unique, dry red.
Saperavi is an ancient grape variety native to Georgia, and this example is 
produced following the traditional full fermentation method on chacha. The wine 
takes its name from the centuries-old process of ageing using a Qvevri - a 
handmade clay vessel - for two months.
The artisanal process can leave natural sediments.
Best enjoyed at 16-18ºC.
