Bakery
The heart of our Bakery section are of course the various breads from Central and Eastern Europe, mostly rye breads, in various types and tastes, some with typical seeds. Plus, the traditional “Lavash” flatbread.
Central and Eastern Europe are well known for their wide range of different breadrings (“Sooshki”) – they are small and crunchy, often enjoyed either as such as a snack, or with various spreads, or simply accompanying tea. They come in several flavours, they can be salty and savoury, but also sweet, for example with sugar or vanilla taste.
We also have a wide and regularly changing selection of ready made Cakes – from the most popular “Kiev” cake, to several others like the Praga, Marlenka or Medovik. Great cakes, not just for special celebrations.
