This pale yellow-ish green semi-sweet white offers aromas of toasted nuts, ripe 
apples, quince, and melon, fruity. It’s fresh, citrussy, with ripe apricot and 
candied quince peel on the palate.
Fish, poultry, vegetarian dishes, and mild, soft cheeses are perfect matches for 
this Alazani Valley white.
The winemakers hand-pick the grapes when at their optimal sweetness, pressed 
in chilled condition before being moved to stainless steel tanks for fermentation. 
Chilling the resulting wine helps retain the natural sweetness and freshness for 
when it is bottled months later.
