Description

Saperavi Qvevri is made of the ancient grape variety “Saperavi”, following the traditional method of full fermentation on Chacha and two months aging in Qvevri - a clay vessel, which has been handmade according to centuries’ old tradition in Georgia. The wine is of pomegranate color, with hints of purple. Aromas of blackberry, cherry, wild berry and plum give the wine its individuality. The wine may have natural sediments. It is recommended to enjoy it cooled to 16 to 18 degrees Celsius.
