This wild salmon caviar is produced by the Keta salmon, also called the 
Dog salmon because its canine teeth become prominent when it is 
time for reproduction.

The larger roe of Keta Wild Salmon Caviar is slightly briny in flavor, but 
its subtle, buttery flavor makes it ideal to be enjoyed simply on blini or 
toast.

It’s strong red-orange coloring also sees it commonly used in sushi.
