Ingredients: top grade wheat flour, water, sugar, baker's yeast, margarine (oils: palm, sunflower; water, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, lecithin (soy); coloring carotenes, acidity regulator citric acid), iodized salt, flavoring (contains antioxidant tocopherol alpha). Product may contain traces of egg and dairy products.
Nutritional value per 100 g of the product: protein - 7 g, fat - 2 g, carbohydrates - 48 g, energy value: 1010 kJ (240 kcal). (on the front): FOR HOME BAKING.
Cooking method: 1. Get the dough out of the packaging. Thaw: Variant №1: at room temperature (20 °С - 25 °С) for 40-60 minutes. Variant №2: Put the dough on the baking paper and leave it in a fridge for 10-12 hours (for overnight). 2. Mold the necessary product, wet the surface with water. Put in a warm place with temperature of (25 °С - 28 °С) for 30-40 minutes to let rise until doubled. 3. Heat the oven to (190 °С - 200 °С). Bake products until brown: small, pasties, crescent rolls – 10-15 minutes, large – 15-25 minutes.
Prevent from thawing and refreezing. Do not store the product after defrosting.
