This white dry wine offers light floral and peach aromatics. This palate is well
balanced with a slight spice and a flavor “flower water”. It’s some what tannic and has
sufficient acidity. The finish is long, with apple skin and tea flavors and a tea-like
tannic quality.

Will go well with spicy or peppery dishes, lamb with tarragon, trout roast on skewers.
