VINIFICATION:
Made with Apulian Primitivo grapes, this wine is made with short cryo-maceration of
the skin through soft press. Thermo-controlled fermentation at 15°C - 16°C. Aged in
stainless steel with periodic suspension of lees.

TASTING NOTES:
This medium pink wine has a bouquet of small red fruit and balsamic notes. Fresh
taste with a pleasant saline finish.

SERVING SUGGESTION:
It perfectly matches with cold cuts and fresh cheeses, as well as fish dishes.
Temperature to be served : 8 - 10°C.
