Moscatel & Merseguera
Vineyards are planted in the unique terroir of the subregion between the Sierra de
Salinas, Sierra de Umbria, and the Sierra de la Sima. The vines are pruned in the vaso
system with no irrigation. The grapes are carefully hand harvested and transported in
small boxes to prevent bruising. Vinification is made Charmat method (Granvas, cuve
close). Fermentation of musts in a pressurised tank under rigorous temperature
Fruity, floral notes, lightly sweet, well-mineralised beneath the fruit with a fine
persistent bubble. Drink as an aperitif or with a simple fruit dessert.
Perfect pair for a fatty snack, magnificent companion to eat between meals.
We recommend serving at 8-9°C.
