Vineyards are planted in the unique terroir of the subregion between the Sierra de
Salinas, Sierra de Umbria, and the Sierra de la Sima. The soil is dry and shallow, and is
primarily composed of limestone. After several hours of maceration, the wine
ferments in steel vats at a temperature between 16-18°C to maintain the fruity tone of
the grape and obtain a very aromatic and pleasing wine. After it is stabilized in the
cold, it is filtered and bottled.
Pale and brilliant rose colour. Strong nose. Crystallised fruits with warm notes typical
of the Mediterranean. In the mouth it is fresh, tasty and round.
Ideal with rice, salads, pasta, pizzas, young cheeses or simply on its own.
We recommend serving at 8-9°C.
