Sour cream "Slavic Traditions" is produced from pasteurized cream by fermenting it with sourdough prepared on pure cultures of lactic acid and aroma-forming bacteria. Thanks to lactic acid fermentation, sour cream turns into a product of probiotic action: the microorganisms contained in it help fight the putrefactive flora of the intestines, grow and multiply beneficial bacteria.
