A fine red organic wine from the region of Chianti DOCG, Colli Fiorentini, Italy, with a blend of 80% Sangiovese, 10% Canaiolo, 5% Colorino and Trebbiano. Vintage of 2019.
Made from a selection of organic grapes.
Mouth: cherry jam, wild berry jam or dark plum.
Pairing: meat dishes, BBQ-marinated pork ribs, beef and vegetable skewer, T-bone steaks.
Service temperature 16°C–18°C. Alcohol content: 14%.
