Oats are among the healthiest grains on earth. They’re a gluten-free whole grain and a great source of important vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants.
Method of use: Put 1 cup of oatmeal in 2-3 cups of liquid in a saucepan with boiling water (or milk). Cook for 15-20 minutes, add salt and sugar to taste. Oatmeal can be used for cooking cereals, soups, baked goods.
Nutritional value of 100 g of product: proteins - 11 g, fats - 6 g, carbohydrates - 50 g. Energy value (caloric content) - 1260 kJ (300 kcal).
Store in dry, well-ventilated, pest-free grain stocks, warehouses in compliance with the sanitary rules approved in the prescribed manner.
