VINIFICATION
Located in the interior of Valencia with a Mediterranean climate with traces of
continental due to the altitude. Vines are planted on lime soils with average age of 25
years. The harvest takes place when the ripening of the grape is at its optimal, usually
during the first days of Autumn. Fermentation in vats, malolactic fermentation in steel
vats and then 6 months in French barrels.

TASTING NOTES
Brilliant ruby colour. In the nose crystallized fruit, sweet and subtly toasted spices
thanks to the time spent in the barrel. Medium intensity in the mouth with a balanced
tannin.

SERVING SUGGESTION
Will be nice pair with barbecues, cured meats or rice from pinoso.
We recommend serving at 16-18°C.
