Hot smoked mackerel is rich in vitamins and minerals. Of course, some of them are lost during cooking, but still it contains B vitamins, vitamin D, omega fatty acids (calorizator). Mackerel also contains large amounts of iodine, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, magnesium, iron and sodium.
Ingredients: mackerel, salt. Nutritional value (average rated data) per 100 g of the product: protein - 19 g, fat - 22 g, energy value: 1140 kJ (270 kcal).
Produced from frozen raw materials. Chilled product. Store at temperature from minus 3 °С to plus 5 °С. Once opened, store the product for 48 hours at a temperature from +2 °С to +6 °С. Natural smoking on alder chips. Packaged in a modified atmosphere (carbon dioxide 30%, nitrogen 70%).
