Sharmel pastille  is an exquisite light dessert from the famous Moscow confectionery factory "Udarnitsa". It is made according to the original recipe of 1929 on the basis of whipped Apple puree with added sugar and egg whites.

 

The structure of the paste is airy and delicate; each piece literally melts in the mouth.

Ingredients: sugar, apple puree (apples, conserving agent, sulphur dioxide), molasses, sugar powder, egg white powder, agar;  acidity regulators - lactic acid, flavoring agent Yoghurt
