Ingredients: Food gelatin, food additive, preservative E220.
Cooking method: A tablespoon of gelatin is poured with a glass of boiled water, kept for 40-60 minutes to swell, then heated, without boiling, with continuous stirring until dissolved and filtered. Add 2-3 cups of broth or syrup to a glass of gelatin solution and cool.
