Cooking method:
To 10 grams of dried yeast, add ½ cup of warm water (temperature not higher than 43 ° C), put in a warm place for 30 minutes. When the yeast is well dispersed, add ½ cup flour, a tablespoon of sugar, stir and let stand for 2 hours at 35 ° C, then add 500 ml of warm water and 1 kg of flour.

Nutritional value of 100 g of product: proteins - 44 g, fats - 1.5 g, carbohydrates - 28 g.

Energy value (caloric content): 1260 kcal (300 kJ).
Store in warehouses with a temperature not exceeding 15оС.

The shelf life is 12 months.
