Delicate praline made from toasted grated almonds with vanilla aroma between layers of waffles.
"Mishka kosolapy" is not only one of the most famous and popular chocolates of the "Red October" factory, but also, perhaps, one of the most famous domestic chocolates in general. The glory of "Mishka Kosolapyi" is so big that many buyers are convinced that this is the name of Ivan Shishkin's painting "Morning in a Pine Forest", which served as a source of inspiration for factory artists when making labels for this sweet.
The history of "Mishka Kosolapyi" is more than 100 years old! The oldest candy wrapper from this candy, produced by the predecessor of Krasny Oktyabr, the legendary Einem Partnership, dates back to 1913, moreover, there is information that it was produced earlier, and its recipe dates back to the middle of the 19th century.
Indeed, the technology of making praline from almonds has been known for a long time, however, as time has shown, "Mishka Kosolapyi" was an original and a successful solution that was found: place the praline mass of almonds between layers of waffles and cover with chocolate icing.
For more than a century, this sweet has invariably been a real hit of sales, and a picture of I. Shishkin will be recognized by any person in our country, even not very well versed in painting.
