Cognac is an excellent digestif, a good companion to cigars and black brewed coffee. Cognac has a deep amber color with hints of mahogany. Subtle and elegant aroma of cognac consists of sweet notes of cloves, balanced by tart tones of wood and dried fruits, notes of toasted hazelnut.
