Ingredients: curd (pasteurized cow milk, starter cultures), top grade wheat flour, sugar, water, semolina, vegetable fiber, iodized salt, flavoring "Vanillin". Product may contain traces of soy and egg products. Nutritional value (average rated data) per 100 g of the product: protein - 12 g, fat - 5,5 g, carbohydrates - 29 g, energy value: 900 kJ (210 kcal). Eat after heat treatment.
Cooking method: Put frozen curd pancakes on a lightly heated frying pan adding a small amount of vegetable oil. Cover the pan and fry curd pancakes on both sides during 5-6 minutes on a low heat. Total cooking time is 10-12 minutes. Serve hot with sour cream or jam. Do not defrost and re-freeze. Made in Belarus.
