Buckwheat is gluten-free, a good source of fiber, and rich in minerals and various plant compounds, especially rutin. As a result, buckwheat consumption is linked to several health benefits, including improved blood sugar control and heart health.
Ingredients: buckwheat groats. May contain trace amounts of gluten.
Cooking instructions: 1) Put a bag of buckwheat in 1 liter of boiling water. Cook over low heat for 15-18 minutes. Add salt to taste and, if desired, seasonings (a cube of broth, celery or other spices). 2) After cooking, take out the bag and let the water drain. Cut the bag and put the buckwheat on a plate.
Store in a dry and cool place in a relative humidity not exceeding 75%.
