Bottega Millesimato is a fresh and easy-drinking sparkling assortment, made from a variety of carefully selected, early-harvested varieties. The aroma of the assortment is given by yellow-green grapes, which vinified at low temperature give rise to a fragrant, captivating wine. The secondary fermentation is carried out by the Charmat method in stainless steel containers to obtain a fine perlage, which gives that dose of freshness to the assortment. The versatile character of the wine means that it can be enjoyed as an aperitif, in cocktails or alongside snacks and dishes based on fish and poultry.
