This red oak wine has been made of 100% Monastrell (Syrah) in Almansa DO, Spain.
Well adapted to our wine-growing region due to the special microclimate of our environment. The night harvest allows us to maintain all the properties of the grape before fermenting.
After its malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, it has remained for a minimum of 4 months in French oak barrels and then 6 months in the bottle to complete its entire structure.
Nose: a complex and exotic aroma of red fruits, chocolate and roasted coffee.
Service temperature 16ºC.
