Currently we deliver the orders in the chosen time frames (same day or next day) subject to availability.
Due to increase of the rate of delivery services like Lalamove, Gogovan, Grab etc, we have to change our delivery rates too:
FREE for orders above 200 dollars. 5$ for orders from 100 to 200 dollars. 9$ for orders below 100$
If you are not at home at the date and time you have chosen, the driver will try to call you and, if possible, will leave the order at your door. If you are not available, the driver will take a selfie at your door to prove that he has arrived and will return the goods back to the store. Anything that can be returned to the warehouse will be returned, however we will have to charge you redelivery cost, regardless of the amount of your order. Thank you for your understanding.
You can cancel the order in whole or in part before it is handed over to the courier. In this case, you will receive a full refund. If you find on the day of delivery that the products have expired (which is very unlikely), the packaging of the goods is damaged when the courier delivered them to you, contact us immediately and we will refund you for these products. The same applies if some items from your order are missing. Otherwise, the delivered goods cannot be returned and exchanged.
In some cases, you may receive an incomplete order. This may be due to errors in the collection and packaging of the order, as well as to the lack of some goods in stock. We try to avoid these situations, but sometimes they do happen. If we find missing items during the collection and packaging phase, we will try to contact you and discuss a replacement or refund with you. If you find any missing items when the order has already been delivered, please contact us and we will solve the problem. In the event of a slight out of stock - for example, 1 item out of 10, we will refund it. If most of the order is missing, we will arrange re-delivery at our expense as soon as possible.
