We provide same-day delivery, every day, to any address in Singapore. Simply chose a day and time window on our website. For same-day delivery, please place your order before 3pm.
Delivery is free of charge for orders above 200 SGD. We charge 7 SGD delivery fee for orders from 100 to 200 SGD; and 10 SGD delivery fee for orders below 100 SGD.
When placing your order online, you can also choose to self collect at our shop at 11 Sam Leong Road #01-01 from 12 - 19 hrs (daily). There is no fee for self collection.

In case you should not be able to receive the delivery at the day and time selected by you, we will try to call you and, if possible, leave the package at your door. If this should not be possible, we will agree with you to arrange for another delivery attempt, otherwise process a refund of your payment (minus a one-time fee of 20 SGD).
Delivery issues or missing items
In case you find an issue with a product (like: damaged packaging when handed over from the courier to you; any missing item; or should there be an expired item, by mistake), please notify us immediately, but no later than 24 hours after delivery. Please either send a picture or return the goods to the store. (After 24 hours, delivered products are not refundable and not exchangeable). We will then either arrange for a new product to be delivered, or for a refund.
Missing items: We are trying our best to ensure a complete delivery, but should we have an availability issue with certain items, we will contact you to agree on replacement or refund options.
