A fine organic vegan white wine from the region of Castilla VDLT, Spain, with a blend based on 50% viognier and 50% sauvignon blanc of 2019. Made from a selection of organic grapes.
Pairing: seafood, cooked or grilled fish, white meats and fresh cheeses.
Nose: Clean aromas, memories of white, tropical fruits and flowers.
Mouth: fresh, fruity, light and balanced. Aftertaste elongated.
