Wholegrain flakes are a good choice for healthy breakfast as they contain fibre which improves the function of digestion.
Ingredients: barley flakes.
Cooking instructions: pour 1 glass of flakes for 2-3 glasses of liquid into a saucepan with boiling water (or milk). Cook for 15-20 minutes, add salt and sugar to taste.
Store in dry, well-ventilated, not infected with pests of grain stocks, warehouses in compliance with the sanitary rules approved in the prescribed manner.
