Minke whale is a small, flat snack made by drying a yellow-striped selar. This fish belongs to the family of predators and lives in Australia, the Philippine Islands and Japan. The maximum length of a minke whale can be 22 cm with a weight of 600 g.
The high content of nutrients makes the yellow minke a valuable type of fish that can be used to make delicious snacks. After prolonged processing, many nutrients remain in the meat: potassium; zinc; magnesium; iodine; chromium; cobalt; selenium.
