Cooking instructions: place frozen in a good quantity of boiling, slightly salted water. Simmer for 12 minutes. Gently stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Drain well, add a small piece of butter, stir gently, and serve with sour cream and a piece of fresh parsley leaves
